Right click Windows PowerShell from the search result and then choose Run as administrator.

Enter “powershell” in the Windows Start Search.

You will need to uninstall the Windows Photo App first, so please press the Windows key once.

When the repair is done, continue to the next step.

Download and install a tool called Restoro to scan and restore the corrupt and missing files.
